When we were tasked with helping Enphase create a consumer-oriented content strategy, we were ready to roll up our sleeves and help demystify the complicated world of clean energy.

We met with a range of audiences, from product developers to homeowners and solar installers, to understand the product, the consumer, and the process of going solar. We documented the customer journey and created a strategic editorial calendar, mapping educational content to each step of the decision-making process.

We dove in and learned about solar co-ops, how to read an electrical bill, how to find the right solar installer, and much more, creating stories and resources to guide the homeowner through each step of their journey. The result is a suite of high-performing educational content that Enphase deploys across its digital platforms, from website content to social, email, and search campaigns.
